The Township of East Brunswick is accepting applications for a regular full time position of Project Manager.  The successful candidate will work under the general supervision of the Director of Planning and Engineering and the Director of Public Works and will supervise staff in the planning and oversight of improvements to Township infrastructure.  Will supervise inspections for private development improvements to insure compliance with Planning and Zoning Board approvals and Township Ordinances.  Assists in preparation of resolutions / ordinances.  Will oversee all road openings and right of way permits.  Assists in preparation and management of Capital Improvement Program.  Review site plans and permit plans for compliance with Water and Sewer Utility specifications.  Performs other related duties as required. 

Knowledge and Skills: Must have good working knowledge and abilities in all aspects of Project Management, including cost estimates traffic, storm drainage, road construction, water and sewer systems, soils and DEP permitting.  Requires thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and Primavera software.  Must be able to communicate effective orally and in writing. 

Work Experience: Requires minimum of ten (10) years of experience in Civil / Site Project Management, preferably at the local government level.
