2019 Wreaths Across America

For the third year in a row, the East Brunswick Police Department and New Jersey State Police provided a police escort for J.B. Hunt Transport Services, Inc. who is participating in Wreaths Across America this year at multiple ceremonies throughout the country on December 14th. The EBPD and the NJSP ensured the wreaths made it safely to the local exchange point where the wreath truck drivers exchanged truck keys with new drivers, honored and remembered veterans with remarks, and departed on the next stretch of the journey.

On Wreath Across America Day, event volunteers and the general public will join thousands nationwide in placing wreaths on the graves of fallen service men and women. J.B. Hunt and its drivers are helping transport 18 loads of wreaths to their final destinations for the nonprofit. The wreaths will be delivered to Arlington National Cemetery and various other national cemeteries. The East Brunswick Police wants to thank JB Hunt for allowing us the privilege to be part of their event to honor our fallen service men and women.
