Fill out the General Registration Form (PDF) - used for all programs. Once registered, please complete all appropriate program forms. Please fill out the Daisy Association Membership Form (PDF).

Online Registration Instructions

Go to the East Brunswick Registration website to register from the comfort of your home and pay by Credit Card, 24/7 through a safe and reliable internet connection!

Just follow the simple steps below and you will have your child registered for camp in no time!

Steps for Online Daisy Registration

  1. Login using your given username and password. If you do not have one or do not remember it, please contact the Department of Recreation and Parks via phone or email at recreation@eastbrunswick.org.
  2. You can search for "Activity" or "Pass" depending on what you are looking to register for. You have the option of the "Search" listed under the logo or by clicking on the category box of the type of program you are looking for.
  3. Before registering for any Daisy Program, you must register or renew your Daisy Association Membership (DAM) Pass. The $25 Daisy Association membership fee must be paid every year.
  4. To renew your Membership go to "Search" and "Membership Renewal". Click on toggle next to the DAM Pass you are looking to renew (it should be attached to the child participating in Daisy programs) and click "Add to Cart".
    After you have renewed your DAM Pass, click "continue shopping" and you can go back to the "Home" screen. When you are back on the "Home" screen you can click on the Activity box labeled "Daisy" to go directly to all of the Daisy programs.
  5. Once you find the "Activity" you are looking for, click on the green "shopping cart" button. You should see a bright yellow box across the bottom of your screen with the activity name and two buttons that say "Add to Cart" or "Clear Selection".
  6. Click "Add to Cart". If you accidentally chose the incorrect activity, you can click "Clear Selection".
  7. Select the correct family member from the list of those family members that qualify for the program and click "Continue".
  8. Answer the few questions associated with the program.
  9. Read over the Waiver and click "Agree" and then click "Continue".
  10. Review your Shopping Cart and click "Proceed to Checkout" if you are finished registering or "Continue Shopping" if there are more programs you would like to register for.
  11. Review "Summary of Charges". Make sure the amount is correct and then select your credit card.
  12. Make sure to enter all of your credit card account information. Please note: We do not accept American Express.
  13. Review your billing information and make sure your email address is correct.
  14. Click "Continue" to initiate the payment authorization process and generate a confirmation receipt.
  15. You should receive an email with your receipt but you can also view it at this time.
