Pathmark

A 37 year old East Brunswick resident was arrested for exposing his buttocks to a woman and her 8 year old daughter in Pathmark. The incident was recorded by the store’s security video cameras, and observed by a store loss prevention officer. Ronald Jakubowski was observed following the woman and child and bending over, lowering his pants to expose his buttocks. When police arrived at the store, they interviewed the victims and the store loss prevention officer. Mr. Jakubowski was located and placed under arrest. At police headquarters, Jakubowski was interviewed by detectives regarding the incident. It was determined through the interview that he was also responsible for an incident reported on December 20, 2006, where a male pulled down his pants and exposed his buttocks to two township girls, ages 10 and 11. This incident also took place in Pathmark. Jakubowski was charged with two counts of lewdness and two counts of child endangerment. He was transferred to the Middlesex County Adult Correctional Center on $50,000 bail.
