The following are the most actively used forms of the East Brunswick Sewerage Authority for the construction of new facilities within the Township of East Brunswick. A developer interested in constructing a new residence or commercial facility will need to complete the conceptual approval application and the authorization to construct application. These may be filed simultaneously. In addition, if there is a major development planned and a pump station is to be included with the development, the authorization to construct a pump station application must also be completed; the engineer on the project normally fills out these applications.

There is also a change in use application which is utilized by a property owner making a change in the current use of the property, for example, a facility that is used as a retail store and is being converted to a food service establishment. Or if a facility is intensifying it's use by adding fixtures, personnel or expanding its facility. This form must also be completed and returned to EBSA offices. Should anyone have any questions regarding the content of any of these applications, please call the Authority office at (732)257-8313 and ask for either Mary Ann Musich, our administrator Gary Marshall, the Executive Director.
