STORAGE TANK CLOSURE

Vacuum oil from tank.
Excavate top of tank.
Remove fill and pipe and vent.
Cut 2' x 2' hole in tank.
Enter and squeegee tank.
Hand wipe tank.
Call for inspection.
Fill tank with sand or pea gravel or cement slurry, flowable fill.
Replace tank cover.
Backfill hole and restore landscape.
Dispose of oil, sludge water, etc., at a licensed facility.
Call for inspection and provide documentation for item #11.
