A note from Mayor David Stahl, East Brunswick
Like the Raritan river that borders it on the north, East Brunswick is on the move! Proudly
hailed as one of New Jersey’s 25 greatest towns, East Brunswick’s 22.5 square miles is
home to a diverse residential population of approximately 48,000. A strategic location and a
progressive outlook have fostered a dynamic growth of attractive and desirable residential
developments, an award winning school system, state-of-the-art office complexes, medical
services and a major shopping hub on the five miles of Route 18 that bisects the Township
from north to south.

East Brunswick’s Planning and Engineering Department Staff has substantial experience
working with over 500 retailers located in the Township. These seasoned professionals will
act as your advisor and can provide you with an appropriate timeline for the various location
options you may want to consider. Their suggestions and assistance can be critical in
helping minimize the time between the signing of a lease (or sub-lease) and when your
space will be operational. Working as a team, we have the experience to see the big
picture, understand how all the pieces fit and together we can achieve the outcome you
desire.

With the benefits of a local government that comprehends the problems facing the retail
community and a dedication to its valued businesses, whether large or small, East
Brunswick Township offers new opportunities for growth and success. Why not consider it
home for you and/or your clients? Call Edward Cohen @ 732/390-6870
