3.         Application #Z-07-41 - Hu - Proposed new single family dwelling on undersized lot at 16 Douglas Road, Block 131.02, Lot 18 in the R-3 Zone.

4.         Application #Z-08-01 - Riveiro - Proposed new single family dwelling on undersized corner lot at 11 Arthur Street, Block 117.01, Lot 38 in the R-4 Zone.
