3.         Application #07-52V - East Brunswick Fire District No. 2 - proposed site plan modification with bulk variance for a 7,900 square foot office and meeting room expansion of the existing district office complex on Joseph, Willow and Wallace Streets on Block 98, Lot 1-14 and 22-35 in the R-4, Single Family Zone.

4.         Application #07-39V - A Beverly Built Home - West Prospect Street - proposed site plan with bulk variance to construct a 1,620 square foot two (2) story office building with parking lot on West Prospect Street across from Mid State Mall on Block 40, Lot 24 in the OP-1, Office Professional Zone.

OLD BUSINESS

5.         Application #07-23V - Bowne - Fern Road - proposed three (3) lot subdivision with bulk variance for two (2) new single family dwellings and the maintenance of an existing historic structure on the third lot on Fern Road, south of Irelands Brook on Block 320, Lot 18.05 in the RP, Rural Preservation Zone.  (Mandatory date - December 31, 2007)

6.         Application #07-43V - Davis - South Drive - proposed two (2) lot minor subdivision with bulk variance for undersized lots.  One lot will contain an existing dwelling, while the second will be developed at a later date at 35 South Drive on Block 16, Lots 11 & 12 in the R-3, Single Family Residential Zone.  (Mandatory date - January 5, 2008)

7.         Application #07-57V - Cornerstone at East Brunswick - proposed preliminary and final of Phase II including 17,065 square feet of retail/restaurant space and preliminary for Phase III including 168,700 square feet of retail space and four hundred two (402) residential units on Block 27, Lots 5.08, 5.11, 7.02 and 7.03 in the MXD, Mixed Use District.  (Mandatory date - April 1, 2008)

8.            Application #07-14 - Angelevski - 368 Ryders Lane - proposed preliminary and final subdivision for three (3) single family lots on a two hundred fifty (250') foot cul-de-sac at 368 Ryders Lane on Block 620, Lot 19 in the R-3, Single Family Residential Zone.  (Mandatory date - December 31, 2007)
