3.         Application #09-13V - Polygon Properties II, LLC - 281 Summerhill Road - proposed site plan modification with bulk variance for a 6,157 square foot two-story commercial building expansion at 281 Summerhill Road on Block 741, Lots 1, 2 & 23.01 in the OP-1 and C-2 Zones. (Mandatory date - December 31, 2009) Adjournment requested by Applicant until January 27, 2010.
