2.         Application #07-14 - Angelevski - 368 Ryders Lane - proposed preliminary and final subdivision for three (3) single family lots on a two hundred fifty (250') foot cul-de-sac at 368 Ryders Lane on Block 620, Lot 19 in the R-3, Single Family Residential Zone.

3.         Application #08-35 - East Brunswick Sewerage Authority - Old Stage Road Pump Station - proposed capital project for a sanitary sewer pump station renovation at 406 Old Stage Road on Block 322.01, Lot 1 in the R-3, Residential Zone.

4.         Application #08-38 - East Brunswick High School - Northwest Quadrant Athletic Fields - proposed capital project to renovate and reconfigure existing athletic fields and a parking area at the East Brunswick High School on Block 88, Lot 19.09 in the R-2, Residential Zone.

5.         Application #08-39V - Habib - Dunkin Donuts - proposed site plan with bulk variance for a drive-thru and store remodel at 260 Route 18 north on Block 27, Lot 1.33 in the  HC-2, Highway Commercial Zone.  (Mandatory date - October 15, 2008)

6.         Application #08-44 - Summerhill Square - Phasing - proposed site plan modification for the breakdown of a 203,820 square foot retail project into five (5) construction phases at Summerhill Square on Block 89.06, Lots 5.11 and 5.12 in the HC-3, Highway Commercial Shopping Center District. (Mandatory date - November 14, 2008)
