2.         Application #09-09V - Foerter Farm - proposed thirteen (13) lot preliminary subdivision with ten (10) building lots, one (1) detention lot, one (1) farm/open space lot and one (1) lot for the existing farmhouse on Riva Avenue on           Block 307.12, Lots 31 and 32.11 in the RP, Rural Preservation Zone. 3.         Application #09-11V - Fam - 409 Cranbury Road - proposed site plan with bulk variance for the conversion of an existing residence to a dentist office at            409 Cranbury Road on Block 720, Lots 2 & 3 in the C-1, Professional and Office Zone.  (Mandatory date - September 17, 2009)
