5.         Application #10-13 - East Brunswick Township Level Playing Fields/Heavenly Farms - proposed construction of turf “level playing field”, ADA parking spaces and concession/rest room building at Heavenly Farms at 440 Dunhams Corner Road on Block 320, Lot 4 in the RP, Rural Preservation Zone.

6.         Application #10-11V - Verizon New Jersey - Rt. 18 South/Hillsdale Road - proposed two (2) lot minor subdivision at the existing Verizon office and maintenance facility at Route 18 and Hillsdale Road on Block 175.14, Lot 61.02 in the HC-2, Highway Commercial Zone.
