2.         Application #08-20 - East Brunswick Board of Education - Churchill Junior High School Athletic Fields - proposed capital project/site plan for the East Brunswick Board of Education for the renovation and rehabilitation of the Churchill Junior High School athletic fields on Norton and Renee Roads on    Block 6.01, Lot 15.01 and Block 603, Lot 33 in the R-3, Residential and HC-2, Highway Commercial Zones.               

3.         Application #08-30 - East Brunswick Board of Education - High School Parking Lot - proposed parking lot rehabilitation at the East Brunswick High School off Cranbury Road on Block 88, Lots 2.22 and 19.01 in the R-2, Single Family Residential Zone.

NEW BUSINESS

4.         Application #08-26V - Fanous/Gurguis - proposed two (2) lot minor subdivision with bulk variance for the creation of one (1) new building lot at 9 Chestnut Street on       Block 142, Lot 6.01 in the HR, Historic Residential Zone.  (Mandatory date - August 21, 2008)

5.         Application #07-14 - Angelevski - 368 Ryders Lane - proposed preliminary and final subdivision for three (3) single family lots on a two hundred fifty (250') foot cul-de-sac at 368 Ryders Lane on Block 620, Lot 19 in the R-3, Single Family Residential Zone.  (Mandatory date - July 31, 2008)
