4.         Application #07-33V - Rybner - proposed preliminary and final subdivision with bulk variance on Block 133.28, Lots 5.06 and 5.29 for nine (9) residential lots and one (1) stormwater management lot fronting on Old Bridge Turnpike and an extension of Pamela Road in the R-3, Single Family Residential Zone.

7.         Application #08-13V - AJB Home Construction, Inc. - proposed three (3) lot minor subdivision with bulk variance for two (2) new building lots and to keep an existing schedule “B” historic structure at 186 Milltown Road on Block 633, Lots 13 and 14 in the R-3, Single Family Residential Zone.  (Mandatory date - July 1, 2008)
