Application #07-57V - Cornerstone at East Brunswick - proposed preliminary and final of Phase II including 17,065 square feet of retail/restaurant space and preliminary for Phase III including 168,700 square feet of retail space and four hundred two (402) residential units on Block 27, Lots 5.08, 5.11, 7.02 and 7.03 in the MXD, Mixed Use District. (Mandatory date - April 1, 2008)
