11/6/2012 - FEMA/State to open Disaster Recovery Center in East Brunswick
The FEMA/State Disaster Recovery Center (DRC) will be opened as of Thursday, November 8, 2012 in East Brunswick to provide face-to-face assistance to those who suffered damage from Hurricane Sandy.

The center will be open as of Thursday, November 8, 2012 from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., seven days a week, until further notice. Residents are urged to register before visiting the DRC.

At the center, visitors can:
• Receive information about different types of state and federal disaster assistance.

• Receive referrals to voluntary organizations to help with immediate unmet needs.
• Learn cost-effective measures to reduce the impact of future disaster losses.
